Terms & Conditions for Hestia Stays Online Booking Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the online booking service provided by Hestia Stays (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for boutique hotels available on the hestiastays.co.uk website (“Website”). By making a booking through our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking.
Booking and Cancellation
1.1. When making a booking through our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You may cancel your booking free of charge until 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
1.2. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
1.3. For bookings marked as “non-refundable,” full payment will be taken upon purchase, and such bookings are non-refundable.
Payment
2.1. Payment for bookings made through our Website must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
2.2. When booking a full house, the amount for the first night of your stay will be taken upon booking.
Children Policy
3.1. Children are only allowed when booking the full house and not when booking individual rooms at our properties.
Additional Rules
4.1. You agree to abide by any additional rules or policies provided by the specific property you are booking.
Modification or Termination
5.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our online booking service or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. In no event shall Hestia Stays be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our online booking service.
6.2 When Hestia Stays provides services, including those supplied by a third party, we do not offer any warranty, guarantee, or other terms regarding their quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise. However, whenever possible, we will endeavor to transfer to the Client any warranty, guarantee, or indemnity provided by the third-party service provider.
Hestia Stays shall not be liable to the Client for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising from incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out-of-sequence, or improperly submitted instructions from the Client, or due to their delayed or non-arrival, or any other fault of the Client.
Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by Hestia Stays’ negligence, or as explicitly provided in these Terms, Hestia Stays shall not be liable to the Client for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising from the provision of services (including any delays or failures) or their use by the Client, whether caused by Hestia Stays’ negligence, its employees, or agents, or otherwise. The total liability of Hestia Stays under the Contract shall not exceed the charges for the services provided, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Governing Law
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
